This. I’ve been completely sober since my birthday in May. And before then I didn’t drink but half a drink for like 3 months before that. Ordered a NA drink on my birthday and they gave me alcoholic, so I drank it and that was my one drink of the night. Been completely sober since. Never really drank a lot anyways, but the way it has helped my health SO much (and more) has been so worth it.
