it's not just you. Hard to believe she's a pharmacist with that behavior.

I think people believe nurses have a lot more power than we do. We literally can’t do anything unless a doctor gives the order but then it’s taken out on us 😑

I literally just blocked her. This is why nurses are leaving the bedside.

I still don't understand what happened. They did all the cardiac tests and everything was normal. Was she pissed she didn't have an MI?!

I’m a RN & I felt bad because based off her attitude in the video a lot of things about her care were starting to make sense to me…

I said the same thing, her behavior is appalling and disturbing. She'll probably lose her career due to her post.

I think sometimes being a medical professional also gives people a sense that they know EVERYTHING. Yes she a pharmacist but she isn’t a physician. screaming about not having oxygen with a normal saturation and needing a third troponin when you stated the initial levels and ekg were negative is a ridiculous. You can’t say you are suing for malpractice and scream at people based on the knowledge you think you know. You can advocate and ask questions without berating people.

She’s mad at the nurses because she doesn’t have childcare like how does that make sense. She literally is a pharmacist she knows how hospital policies work.

There has been more videos lately of people yelling at staff and stating it’s staff negligence. At times it’s the staff just following policy.

I understand her frustration of waiting for a test but nurses have little to no control over that and can really only call and ask for it to be escalated but if someone is more emergent, they go ahead of her. And yes maybe things are being mishandled, but don’t abuse the nurses who are just trying to do their jobs. Unfortunately it’s anything but a perfect system.

Yeah, that looks like mania more than cardiac. She fear and anger are real, but folks DEMANDING tests like they’re ordering dessert just needs to stop. The ‘customer service culture’ has ruined healthcare.

It’s ok to advocate for yourself, but she’s being rude and it’s definitely abuse!

I saw her too. I am so conflicted. I want us to advocate for ourselves but her tone 😳. I do agree that a 3rd troponin, and repeat ekg would be indicated but the delivery of her message is 😳. Also, no cardiac admission allows kids. Its a liability to have kids unsupervised in a hospital. She needed to call a friend, co worker, family to pick up her son. It’s all a mess.

also people forget the emergency department is looking for an *emergency*… If you are *stable* (enough to put up a fight) they will refer you to specialist and send you home because the patient does not have an emergent need.... bleeding out of your eyes you haven't lost a limb you're not in active cardiac arrest…

The video demanding childcare did it for me. Why isn't there anyone, a friend, somebody, who can watch your child in an emergency?? Yelling at staff that she's alone with no one else to care for him was sad, but she always knew her child was vulnerable in that way. She didn't set that safeguard for his custody and now it's the hospital's problem.

The way she’s running her BP up being upset, I’m like she must want to get worse cuz I’d be laying my ass down trying to not die if I thought I was having a heart attack 🥴
