Ulta employee here: you never need to purchase your own tools. Have the manager “store use” what ever curler etc you need

I went to an ulta stylist who was able to dye my hair with a black redken gloss and the blow out look she gave me using a round brush 😍?! We’ve been locked in ever since. Not everyone can do magic with a round brush believe it or not!
