The first time we did in my first tri I had some pretty wild cramping after which I found out is totally normal but really freaked me out and then I got so nervous every single time after for a while 😅 buuuuut I’m about to be 35 weeks tomorrow and it hasn’t happened since so don’t be nervous unless your provider advises against it 😎
