The risk if direct client but higher pay. Been there and now VA for 3 years and I am happy that my agency MOD gave me work security, paid leave, free HMO, same client with bonus quarterly and annual increase. Job dust to everyone. ✨

Hmmm, it depends sa Client mo kung premium client ka. Mine is 7 years na, paid benefits lahat and may 13th month pay, bonus and under the contract Ang paid leaves. Inadopt ni client yung Corporate setup natin dito sa benefits. It really depends sa client talaga.🙏🏻🧿🪬

Nope! Hindi po lahat, I have direct clients, my 13th month, paid vl and sick leave, not micromanaging, and no tracker. Kaya build your skills and master your niche, para you can choose a client, cla pa mismo mag rereach out, and mag aadjust sa benefit na deserve mo.

totoo, but if you get the opportunity to work as a va, be wise with your money. may kakilala akong va na nag-invest sa multiple e-commerce businesses and other investments instead of prioritizing a house, car, and travel first. now, she has it all and no longer works as a va.
