@coffeewithsimon: The ONLY video you need to watch to 2x faster and outperform 90% of people at work. We often assume the people who ramp up the fastest at work are naturally gifted. They're not. They've simply mastered one of the most underrated career skills: learning how to learn. And the good news? It's a skill anyone can develop. In this video, I'll break down the learning framework and system that make it possible. I started a completely new role at Microsoft a few weeks ago, and I'm sharing the lessons and systems I've been using to get up to speed. Because here's what I've learned: The goal isn't to know everything. It's to become someone who knows how to figure things out. And once you learn how to learn, you become better equipped to handle whatever work throws your way. A new job. A new challenge. A new project. ✨ Visit the link in my profile page and I'll send you my learning workspace template for free! Save this for your next role, team, or project. And follow for more! #careeradvice #careergrowth #careerdevelopment #work #workplace
You explained this very well. Once you got to stakeholder, I realized I do this for my personal growth, but not work. When I’m meeting with a holistic practitioner or therapist, this all comes natural. I think I just don’t want to put this level of effort at work.
