Reminds me of when I was pregnant (but didn’t know yet) I had the biggest food craving for soul food. Shit was $40. Anyways my food gets here I go outside and it’s gone. Found out my dasher took a pic of it at my door and immediately picked it up and left. I got my money back plus & $25 credits for inconvenience so I went to reorder it bc like I said I was craving it bad but by then the restaurant closed💔

Watched a guy pick up my food, and then proceeded to drive a full 40 minutes away to college 3 towns over and proceed to stay there for the night. Called the dasher while they were driving and they answered to a car full of guys laughing. Sat on support for 2 hours fighting back and forth before I could convince them that yes, the guy who drove 40 minutes away has been there since isnt coming back 🙄 never leave support alone until they give you that refund, I was texting that bot every 5 minutes to complain

Girl I quit using DoorDash because this happened to me like three times. The final straw was when I ordered Starbucks and it was spilled in the bag, like the bag was soaking wet and they refused to refund me. I showed them pictures and everything.

This, stopping for gas and even stopping for personal food. I’ve gotten one banned for not only stopping to get personal food after dropping off their first order but then having the audacity to stop for gas too . Food was stone cold by the time I got it.

I had to quit using door dash. there's not nearly enough restrictions and rules and inspections on the people or their vehicles, support was a nightmare when there were issues, the price had gotten absolutely out of hand, and I was so sick of getting 'brittany' yet 'Brandon' shows up at my door.
