@kelliesweet: Sharing this because looking back at this footage honestly blows my mind. 🥺 At this time, I was carrying my 11-month-old on my chest while walking through one of the deepest betrayals of my life. Every morning in Los Angeles, I would go hiking with my baby on my chest, cry and pray. I was hurting, confused, and doing everything I could to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Then one morning on the trail, I ran into this woman. I still don’t know who she is, but looking back, I truly feel like God placed her on that trail for me that day. I was at such a breaking point, and she had no idea how badly I needed to hear the words she shared with me. The crazy part is, I ended up taking so much of her advice and applying it to my healing journey. I’m still healing, still growing, still learning… but WOW. God really knows how to meet you exactly where you are. 😭🤍 She probably has no idea how much that conversation changed me. So I’m sharing it because maybe the message God used to touch my heart during one of my lowest moments is the same message somebody else needs today.
