@livinghome.sg: Only 2 cans to return, but others have bags full of containers! For seniors with knee problems, standing in a long queue can be difficult. What if returns were limited to 15–20 containers per person, per turn? Everyone could still claim their full refund by queuing again. Would this be fair to everyone?
