I guess I don’t understand - if someone else is fostering that means they’re not your cats correct? you gave them up. He’s fostering them in order for them to get Adopted. I’m assuming through a Rescue or something is that not what happened? Are you using the word Foster when you really mean he was paid to take care of them?

You need someone else to call the foster from their phone maybe they might pick up if they don’t recognize the phone number . Worth a try ???
