Oh you’d believe. I am now expected to give an explanation of why I would use the word ‘noted’ instead of a full on explanation. I am being insubordinate and my favorite, I need communication skills that can help me to give feedback that is helpful.

"noted" was the moment. . we were having a good long "discussion" which was her just teeing off while I set stoic. literally just unpacking and assessing with new eyes. . I said "Noted". She was like wtf! I just said I was staying on top of my emotions.. . apparently I was the only 1 😲

this kind of advice is dangerous as it suggests you can protect yourself from a narcissist whilst staying close, which u can not, run as soon as u see who they are 😳
