No one ignores voter fraud. Nothing can stop voter fraud. No system eliminates 100% of fraud. What can be stopped is meaningful fraud. Even the conservative think tank the Heritage Foundation after studying decades of elections concludes there is no meaningful voter fraud. What’s your point?
