@totalfootballers: If you want to look strong → Lift weights - Lifting weights doesn't build functional strength. Integration does. If you want to feel strong → Train your fascia - Fascial Integration allows more muscles to coordinate together creating athletic strength. If you want to pretend you are fast → Go to the gym - Training slow muscle contractions under heavy loads doesn't make you faster. If you want to actually be fast → Hit the track - You need to sprint fast in order to get faster. No way around that. If you want to pretend to have great ball skills → Do cone drills - Memorizing tricks like a robot doesn't create elite ball control that wins football matches. If you want to have great ball skills → Play futsal or 5V5 - The flow state is where the brain learns new skills. Every professional footballer grew up doing this. If you want to pretend you know football → Continue doomscrolling - You won't learn game watching highlights on tiktok. This is why you get caught out of position and lose football matches. If you want to know football → Watch full matches - You need to learn game. The only way is to watch full matches. This will help you know where to stand, where to move, and how to win more matches. If you want to be pretend to be flexible → Do stretching - Stretching doesn't decrease muscle tightness. It only turns off pain receptors. If you want to be flexible → Do pandiculations. - Pandiculations actually release muscle tightness because tightness is a nervous system issue, not a mechanical problem. Tightness is a feature, not a bug. DM ‘TF2’ if you're ready to build the strength, stamina, speed, and skill required to dominate at the professional level. #fasciatraining #profootballers #soccertraining #clubsoccer #athleticism
