usaa has been the WORST lately. two weeks in a row they haven't let my husband deposit his payroll check in full. they lobby give him access to $500 until a week later. less than half his check. and they can't tell us why. Just that its a systematic decision. like whaaaaat?!

It's not showing recent transactions on the app either. 🙃 So whatever money you THINK you have in there is wrong. Take screenshots. Make sure you know what you had in your bank before this outage and what you spent in the last 2 days.

This literally just happened to me and my husband and USAA locked both of our debit cards. I called they unlocked them and it still declined I stood at customer service for 35 mins on the phone because we don’t have money anywhere else. Apparently it was fraud prevention but we got zero text nothing and then after 45 minutes it started working.🙄

I primarily bank with them, but I also have an account with another bank for emergencies just like this. When I traveled to Europe, I also made sure to have multiple credit cards with different companies just in case.

OMG same thing with me! The cashier was probably like just say your broke because the 2 cards I used after my debit were also USAA, Amex for the save.

Omg so crazy I was at the gas station today and these two kids came up to me and see if I could give them $10 bucks for gas because their USSA app wasn’t working . So I put $20 bucks in their truck cause I had no cash . I had a feeling they were telling me the truth. Pay it forward 💜
