USE A SOFT TOOTHBRUSH for your face BOO , that’s what I started doing it’s great . To sleep , Use an airport pillow upside down too those are great .

i have 8 nose piercings and the thing i hate the most is having to squeeze my nose when swimming (no i’m not learning how to do anything else) bc the bars will go into the skin in the middle and make it bleed everytime
