Sometimes pets get sick and it’s unknown and they recover. My cat once got sick. Couldn’t stand. Off to the vets we go and her temp was low the vet was like huh, she’s got the temperature of a dead cat but she’s clearly alive. They gave her some pain meds and fluids and if think it was antibiotics and two days later she was back to normal. My mums dog as a pup got really sick we thought she was going to die. No energy wouldn’t eat or drink. And then after a couple of days she was normal and she’s now 15 and hasn’t had a single health issue since. She recently went under for teeth cleaning. And that’s the closest she’s been to sick in 15 years

Hope she feels better. If she doesn’t eat, see if the vet can give you the Purina pro EN formula with probiotics. My dog had GE as well with bloody diarrhea and it helped him with his diet until I weaned him back to his normal food. Now I always keep a few cans with me for whenever he has an upset stomach.
