your daily limit is 400 milligrams. The average cup of coffee has 95 milligrams. (And we all know people drink multiple coffees throughout the day, or at restaurants, etc) a Red Bull has 80mg of caffeine for an 8oz. and 114mg for the 12oz. I’d have to drink FOUR 12OZ RED BULLS to hit my daily limit. I drink one a day and about 3-4 times a week. Do not tell me that I’m killing myself when YOU GUYS drink MONSTERS AND ALANI’S DAILY. which has 150-300 mg of caffeine
