My DM made the mistake of doing this exact one shot. Long story short, my party defiled the cake, slept with the entire wedding party to blissful unconsciousness, and defeated the dragon that was a rite of passage for the groom. 😂😂

Oh we had a session once at a wedding!! Tho we were to protect the bride and her mob boss dad. No pies were thrown, but the wizard threw a chair at the baddies. Probably still one of my favorite sessions of that campaign so far.

I have decided that this is the one shot I'm going to run for my niece and nephew so they can see if they like D&D and want to continue as a party in the main campaign. forget meeting in a tavern and looking for a lost cat, they will all be hired by the mother of the groom to ruin a wedding.

We were hired to sabotage a brewery so we convinced an apothecary that we wanted to ruin a huge wedding because my character’s ex was scum and so was the bride. So he sold us a lot of laxative. We laced the outgoing shipment with a lot of laxative and the business was shut down.
