my sister asked my husband and i if we’d walk with her and my dad on parents night because im the closest thing she’s ever had to a mother. 🥹🥹 she truly makes me feel so loved. and id do anything for my babies.

This is so beautiful.. my mom was a single mother so she worked a lot . This used to be my grandpa Leon (I wasn’t even biologically his) I’ll never forget him RIP❤️🩷

My mom refused to show up to any of school stuff. She didn’t work (disabled) and had a car. She just refused to show up. I however, will never miss my children’s functions now matter how small they are. I literally walked over a mile to my son’s school with my body full of infection ( infected gallbladder, lymph nodes an intestines) and was so sick I could barely move just to watch my baby get his kindergarten awards!! Time goes way too fast & I want to enjoy every moment I can with them!

I had the honor to walk one of our Senior band students last year, and let me tell you I was more emotional walking him than I did my daughter. I missed walking my daughter (but her Athletic Trainer and Athletic Director did the honors of walking my girl.) As a mom....I could not watch that young man walk alone.

I’m so sorry 😭 If you have anything else available, I’ll come. I know you don’t know me like that, but I hate that feeling so bad. I literally should be doing sports, but I’m so sensitive when it comes to stuff like this. Anytime I’m at games, I cry because all I’ve ever wanted was somebody to show up for me. 🥺💔 I just wanna feel supported too.🥺

My husband's parents were divorced and his mom lived in CA and we lived in NY. His dad was a head honcho for Kraft and couldn't make his senior recognition night so I walked him instead.. Everyone laughed and made jokes about him having his gf walking him. It was really sad honestly. He wanted his dad there so bad but work always came first for him 😓

My mom didn’t show to my high school graduation or my nursing school graduation. I have 3 kids. The oldest is 16. I couldn’t IMAGINE doing that to my children. All the internet moms love you and are so proud of you
