‼️ LONG LENGTH OF STAY — MEET SASHA! ‼️ ❤️ Sasha has been waiting 52 DAYS for a home! 🐾 SASHA (A573812) 🗓️ 3 years old | ♀️ Female | ⚖️ 41 lbs | 🐶 Bull Terrier Mix ❤️ MEET SASHA! Boing, boing, BOING! 🐯😂 Meet Sasha, a happy little bundle of energy who apparently has a little Tigger mixed into her family tree! At just 41 pounds, Sasha is an adorable brindle-and-white beauty with the sweetest face, big brown eyes, floppy ears, and the cutest little white stockings. But it’s her enthusiasm for life that really makes her stand out! ❤️🐾 Sasha has been waiting at Prince George’s County Animal Services since August 27. According to her volunteer, Sasha was SO happy to get outside that she started bouncing around like Tigger! She was practically bursting with excitement, but with a little gentle guidance, she settled down nicely and was ready to enjoy her outing. 🥰 She also showed good potty habits, taking care of business right away once she got outside. And then came PLAYTIME! 🎾🐾 If you’re looking for a dog who loves a good game of fetch, Sasha might be your girl! Her volunteer discovered that this little lady absolutely LOVES toys. She had a blast playing fetch and happily entertained herself with her favorite toy. During their play session, she showed no signs of toy resource guarding. Sasha’s enthusiasm is infectious. She’s playful, bouncy, and clearly enjoys having the opportunity to run around and have fun. She’d likely appreciate a home where she can enjoy regular activity, games, and opportunities to burn off some of that happy energy. And here’s a funny little detail about Sasha: Apparently, pumpkin spice isn’t her thing! 😂🎃 Her volunteer offered her pumpkin spice Milk-Bones, and Sasha was completely unimpressed. So if you’re a pumpkin spice fanatic, don’t worry — you won’t have to share your seasonal treats with this girl! We don’t yet have detailed information about Sasha’s interactions with other dogs or how she behaves in a home environment, so there’s still more to learn about the best fit for her. But her volunteer outing gave us a wonderful glimpse of a cheerful, playful girl who responds to gentle direction and enjoys spending time with people. Sasha has already spent 51 days waiting for someone to notice her. At just 3 years old, she has so many games of fetch, adventures, and happy moments still ahead of her.
