Burger King drive thru I promise I wasn’t even being that nice. I was literally just being a normal human and the guy was like “you are the kindest person I’ve encountered”. He got the rest of his coworkers to come say hi to me and they all thanked me. wtf is going on?!

I was in line in the drive thru for food when a guy cut in front of me, yelled at the lady handing him my food on accident, and was yelling for more sauce. I pulled up and apologized DEEPLY to her cause I could see him enraged from where I was at. I feel SO BAD for fast food workers

Poor guy. Working a service job with the general public is a warzone. You get rude people, dumb people, loud people, people with all kinds of untreated mental issues, and violent people. The decent and nice ones can be so few and far between these days

I will never yell at a worker. There’s no reason to. If a mistake happened ok calmly ask nicely for it to be fixed. Wendy’s literally gave me a chicken sandwich that was still raw inside. I showed the cashier, they apologized made me a new one and even gave me a small fry for the mistake. Never once did I think I should go yell at the workers

I once had to talk to a customer service rep for some help with one of my accounts and him and I started an actual conversation and I asked how often he experiences racism with his clients (he's from India) and he started crying :/

life is too stressful to gaf about a worker with an attitude .. my mom pmo lowkey when she get upset bc a worker doesn’t say “hello” like .. we got the food , let’s just go.. and the crazy part is they make a scene about it only to forget about it the next hour whereas you probably cost that person their whole job
