THE 5 WORST FOODS TO EAT IF YOU'RE TRYING TO LOSE BELLY FAT. 👇 Number 3 catches SO many people out. Comment "PLAN" and I'll send you my FREE 2-Week Fat Loss Plan. First, something you NEED to understand. You CANNOT spot-reduce belly fat. And NO food is inherently bad or needs banning. But some foods make staying in a calorie deficit a hell of a lot harder. Here are 5 I'd pay attention to. 1️⃣ GRANOLA. Sounds healthy, right? But a generous bowl with yoghurt, honey and fruit can easily reach 600+ calories. Nothing wrong with granola. Just weigh your portion occasionally instead of guessing. 2️⃣ NUTS AND NUT BUTTERS. Packed with nutrients. But a couple of handfuls of almonds or generous spoonfuls of peanut butter can add hundreds of calories. Healthy doesn't automatically mean low calorie. 3️⃣ THE LITTLE EXTRAS YOU DON'T COUNT. Oil in the frying pan. Butter on your toast. Mayo in your sandwich. Sauces poured over dinner. Individually, they seem harmless. Together, they can wipe out your planned deficit. 4️⃣ LIQUID CALORIES. Fancy coffees. Smoothies. Fruit juice. Alcohol. You can drink 500 calories in minutes and still feel hungry afterwards. I'd rather eat most of my calories than drink them. 5️⃣ FOODS YOU CAN'T STOP PICKING AT. For me, it could be chocolate, biscuits or peanut butter straight from the jar. Not because they're bad. But because one bite often turned into ten without me noticing. My solution? Portion it out, sit down and actually enjoy it. Here's what losing over 50lbs taught me. You don't need to cut out bread, chocolate, pasta or takeaways to lose belly fat. You need a calorie deficit you can maintain long enough to lose overall body fat. And that becomes much easier when you understand WHERE your calories are coming from. Comment "PLAN" and I'll send you my FREE 2-Week Fat Loss Plan with simple meals, workouts and practical habits to help you lose fat without giving up the foods you love.
