@mccovey.dave.trea: This was my best hunt of the year producing 5 silver coins (all 1945 or earlier) and 3 wheat ear cents. I found my oldest Mercury dime of the year (1917) today and two almost identical 1942-S Mercury dimes. One of the 1942 dimes was only a few inches away from the 1944-S Washington quarter and that was super exciting. My 1917 dime was my 3,999th coin found since April of this year. My last coin of the day was a 1945-P silver Washington quarter, my 30th silver coin since April. #metaldetecting #minelab #silvercoins
