I work in Beverly Hills, right by Wilshire and Doheny. There was a transient hanging around the stairs near where I park. As I was walking to CVS, I saw the police arresting him, but by the time I walked back to the office, they had already let him go. I see transients a lot in the morning as I walk to the office.
