That…. And as soon as Chris’s father’s company went down hill due to negligence & the death of Carrie’s father, Chris saw Carrie as a catalyst to her future and Duke. But it’s like…. Chris… Honey…. It’s not Carrie’s fault, nor her father’s. I was so happy when the counselor was like…. As soon as you leave these town limits, what you were here is not going to matter out there (the real world). Definitely a wake up call for sure. She had so many chances to apologize and make amends, but every moment that came she acted out of malice & approval of her father.

This is one of my FAVORITE acting moments from Chris her actress does such a good job you can see the wall come down, her being a small amount of vulnerability and then you can CLOCK the moment she puts the wall back up because she just can’t take responsibility it would be too much for her
