@theunkowndeity: Before he became The Notorious B.I.G., Christopher Wallace was a teenager in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. In the early 1990s, he was in a relationship with Jan Jackson, often described as his first girlfriend. The two reportedly dated from about 1990 to 1993. In August 1993, Jan gave birth to their daughter, T'yanna Wallace. Biggie was 20 years old and had just begun his career with Sean "Puffy" Combs' new label, Bad Boy Records. The following year, he released his debut album, Ready to Die, and married singer Faith Evans in August 1994. He was killed in a drive-by shooting in Los Angeles in March 1997, at age 24. #biggiesmalls
