Movement is the best medicine 🫶 A lot of people ask me what I do for a living. Many assume I'm some kind of overland expert and maybe I build campers. My main background is actually in physiology, psychology, nutrition, and herbalism. I worked many years as a personal trainer and evolution facilitator at a state of the art bio hacking facility that had a lot of equipment that was hard to believe actually existed. from ARX workout machine that had no weight plates, all electromagnetic, to apparatuses built around Tesla coils that mimicked the natural environment to evoke desired outcomes in the physical body. I've been a natural bodybuilder since I was 15 years old, I've competed in natural bodybuilding in the classic physique division. I've also worked as a ninja warrior coach and have been involved with the trades working construction in all fields for most of my life. I've always been super fascinated in cutting edge exercise equipment, especially since working in the bio hacking facility. This maxpro is an incredibly cool piece of equipment that goes from 3lbs-300lbs with a turn of the dial. you can hit every muscle group on it, put it in a backpack, and hike up a mountain as it weighs less than 10lbs. I also love to utilize bodyweight equipment such as the gymnastics rings and slackline. I'll put some clips using the slackline in another edit 🕺🏼 that thing has been absolutely incredible for balance. and I have been in so many scenarios that my bodily awareness from using it absolutely saved me 🕺🏼 but to me nothing is better than movement in absolutely beautiful environments 🪄 #portableworkout #homeworkout #calisthenics #healthisweath #overlanding
