@browneyedgurl801: Kyle Landi went to Gold's Gym for a workout. But he ended up getting training and posing tips from bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger himself. This happened in February 2024 at the famous gym in Venice, California. At the time, Kyle was a 23-year-old bodybuilder with Down syndrome from Milton, Ontario, Canada. His parents, Joseph and Kimberley, had helped him join a gym when he was just 12. Kyle had briefly met Arnold at the 2023 Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio. But this time was different. Arnold helped him with a lift and showed him some posing techniques. Afterward, Arnold praised Kyle in his Pump Club newsletter for inspiring others through fitness. And Kyle's achievements didn't stop there. In January 2026, he completed a record-setting 117.38-kilogram deadlift in Burlington, Ontario, in the men's II2 category. By March, he had earned five Guinness World Records titles. Then, in May 2026, he won three gold medals and a Best Poser award at the Mindi O Show in Stoney Creek. Kyle also started Down2train with his parents to encourage others with Down syndrome to get active. Now, he's working toward earning an IFBB Pro Card and hopes to compete at the Arnold Classic in 2027. And through it all, Kyle is showing that fitness is about more than lifting weights. It's also about confidence, opportunity, and believing in what you can achieve. 💪❤️
