I have a qestion though, wouldnt it have been better if the network layer was right after the application layer, like you said application says i want netflix: network says okay lets find the ip address for netflix so that we can intiate handshakes, and encryption then when netflix agress to communicate with us session shall commence with the coversation while transport decides wheather to use tcp or udp. then after an agreement is made data sends his address to netflix tellim him where to send the packets, while physical says we will send it through wireless
