I think, wherever possible, children need two parents. Mums and Dads treat their children differently and that wonderful combination is soooooo good for children. I remember the most marvelous giggles (one of the best sounds in the world) when swinging mine around, or throwing them up in the air and catching them, with gorgeous shouts of "More" or "Higher" or "One more time"
