How can one overcome? I really struggle with silent treatment and It usually doesn't stem from a point of wanting to punish but from wondering how to approach the issue. It helps me heal easily when I completely avoid the issue and just stay silent whenever am hurt

i personally try to avoid making harsh decisions and throwing words out of anger, because i might feel disrespected by the other persons actions, and this makes me go numb, quiet for some time. its not wrong
