What I found has helped me is to not try and follow any kind of structure. I just do what I want, when I want. Some days it’s just writing; a memory, stream of consciousness, something that happened that day or a dream for the future. Calendars, cards, tracking important things. I do love being inspired by ideas on Pinterest and Tik Tok. Try everything and see what becomes your style of journaling. That’s why I love a plain journal. 💚😊💚 Just remember to have fun on the journey!

I got the Daily Planner from The Dailee which may be too hard core to start but their weekly planner has all the goods in it but with a weekly spread instead of all the daily pages... I'm obsessed!

I recommend going to Barnes and Noble they have so many good options. Or an Ashley Shelly Monthly. She’s pretty niche and so great for a monthly and affordable with good quality paper
