I was thinking maybe when the time he was beaten by Patry is the time he was weakened then Lucius came out to use his body. And because Lucius is much more powerful now becuase of the devils power, Julius cant use his real body longer. I guess all wizard king dies for the kingdom thats their destiny.

SHINE ✨✨ :
So the real question is who really owns that body? Is it Julius or Lucius? Is the reason they share the same body because of his obsessions with magic? Or maybe during the time he traveled a lot of places in search of magic and encountered the Dark Triad?

ARjhay Soriano :
The most tragic part isn't just Julius losing his power, but the possibility that his entire life was influenced by Lucius without his knowledge. Still, I think Julius's kindness and ideals were real. Being connected to a villain doesn't automatically make his good deeds a lie. As a Fan theory, The Julius–Lucius connection is canon, but do we have direct manga evidence that Lucius deliberately canceled Julius's aging spell during the demon attack? The theory makes sense in hindsight, but I'd like to know which chapter confirms it. Maybe Lucius shared Julius's body, but that doesn't mean he owned Julius's heart. His kindness and his dream of becoming a better Wizard King were what made him real.

I think his magic is time magic because he uses his grimoire for time magic spells and devil's don't have grimoires

because at this stage he only have limited mana since he is reverted back in time, and the demon wings is absorbing mana which weakened his power abruptly.
