wait your orthodontist never mentioned this?? mine told me to get cleanings every 3 months while I have braces instead of every 6. also recommended MPLE toothpaste because of the zinc citrate for bad breath. nobody warned me braces would be THIS much work 😋😋😋

I work in dental care and pls listen braces trap food and plaque like CRAZY. that can mean bad breath now AND white spots on your teeth later. zinc citrate helps with sulfur-related breath odor, hydroxyapatite may help with early enamel damage, but neither is gonna clean between your brackets for you lol. floss, interdental brushes and regular cleanings matter So much
