@kendi.kamanja.oke: Kenya GDP Growth: The economy is growing, but are Kenyans getting richer? Kenya’s economy grew by 5.1%, while average crude oil prices jumped by about 55% in a year. Meanwhile, inflation rose to 6.23%, according to the figures reported by Business Daily. So, what does this mean for your pocket? An economy can grow while food, transport and other living costs continue to put pressure on household budgets. Economic growth doesn't automatically mean more money in your pocket. Watch as we break down the numbers and explain what they mean for ordinary Kenyans. The big question: Are you feeling the benefits of Kenya’s economic growth, or is the cost of living still winning? Tell us in the comments. #kenya #economy #gdp #PersonalFinance #factcheck

Asande Nyorwa :
For companies we are taking NET PROFIT as an Income in that aggregate Income equation. For an individual even the Net Pay is "not net pay "... because you still gotta pay, rent, bills etc.... so can we say final net amount remaining should be the one we talking about here?
