My buddy when Hegel died, there's one major contradiction in his system that he couldn't solve, which is the problem of Rabble and that's where Marx steps in. If anything Marx actually extends on this domain and revolves this problem to complete Hegel's system, even if Marx got the idea of Spirit mostly wrong.

Marx is objectively a great philosopher. It truly does not matter what your opinion on communism is, his influence on the study of economics, history, sociology… etc is remarkable. He was the defining voice of the 20th century, period. Gentile is ass, Stirner is overrated but alright, Engels is good but not as good as Marx. Acting like all of the Hegelian philosophers are terrible is horseshit.
