@americas_unsolved_files: A woman was arrested, accused of luring and kidnapping a 9-year-old boy away from a park in northwest Fresno, Fresno police said Saturday. Debbie Blancas, 55-years-old, is facing charges including suspicion of kidnapping and false imprisonment. The incident unfolded after officers were flagged down by a woman who told them she spotted Blancas, a transient, with a child who looked visibly frightened. This happened Friday night near Marks and Emerson avenues. The woman explained that she pulled the 9-year-old from Blancas’ grasp after she spotted the two walking together. Investigators said she also told police she was familiar with the suspect and knew Blancas did not have any children, yet Blancas claimed to be the child’s mother. Officers said Blancas ran away after that confrontation, but was later found and booked into the Fresno County Jail.
