@thelaraandres: exactly a year ago, our life looked so different. gone are the days of packing our things and moving from one apartment to another. of staying at friends’ or relatives’ houses just to get away. of walking on eggshells, constantly wondering if something as ordinary as a word, a question, or a small mistake would trigger someone’s mood. I don't want the fight or flight and unstable life anymore. back then, i thought that was just how life was. always adjusting, always anticipating, always trying to keep the peace. and now, little by little, we’re learning what it feels like to simply live. my prayer is that God continues to guide me, strengthen me, and provide me with the means to give my children a safe and stable life. some of the biggest changes in life don’t look extraordinary from the outside. sometimes, they look like a quiet home, a peaceful morning, and a child who gets to grow up without carrying the weight of things he was never meant to carry. i think that’s one of the most beautiful things we’re building now. 🤍 #fyp #singlemom #soloparent
