these runners always push themselves too much you have to listen to your body. I'm sure this story isn't real and they are just advertising the AED but this does and will happen if you don't listen to your body and over do the physical activity

From how I was trained you do instantly stop or sit after running really fast or hard you are spouse to walk even in a circle let your heart rate slow then do that 😭

my Aunt 63 was a professional cyclist. Came off her bike in a race in Oregon, an off duty EMT was the first to see it. She did not survive. This is no joke and I am so thankful for caring people who step in!
