I don’t know what a sample score is, but I’m sorry and I agree sick or family emergency if it’s a job- for sure should have that! Great constructive criticism- but companies look for a review as soon as it arrives everytime I go to write an actual review after use of some time, some times they won’t let me- weird. And most of them are great for the product. But o well I’m not giving 5 stars for something that just arrived n not used.
