What at all is going on in Ghana… where are the state lawyers, they are supposed to take up this case and get evidence to support their case.. if it was a mere person hitting another with a car resulting to the death of the other you would have imprisoned him for 20 years or so but because it’s a police man you want don’t want to serve justice

So basically they need another witness to collaborate the story the Motorist gave, meaning the police officer has given a different account of event. Now it’s more like a he said she said situation, and without a witness account or a visual evidence what is left to try.
