When my husband and I were planning our wedding, it got to the point of almost 300 guests. He saw how stressed I was getting over everything and even though he was helping me plan it didn’t matter. It was still stressing me out. So one day probably three months before we were going to get married we did a total 360. I returned. Everything got deposits back. We decided to get married three months earlier. We got married in a local park. His best friend’s wife got ordained. We had 20 people. The ones that loved and were closest to us. And then we went out to dinner at a local restaurant. Total cost for the wedding was about $500 which included our clothes, the flowers, the marriage license, and dinner. And it was seriously the best day of my life.
