Bars, clubs, and parties give you opportunities to meet women in a completely different setting. The mistake is forcing yourself into an environment that doesn’t suit your personality just because someone online told you it’s the best way to meet women. You can develop both skills, but start by understanding your strengths. The goal isn’t to become someone else.
