@tanbossx: You didn't get ignored. You stopped after one email. It is easy to treat the first cold email as the test. No reply in a week = "outreach doesn't work for my product." The data says otherwise: - Instantly's platform data (Jan 1 to Dec 18 2025): 58% of replies came from the first email. 42% came from follow-ups. - Hunter's look at 11M cold emails sent in 2024: campaigns with follow-ups got 4.9% replies, campaigns without got 3%. - Same report: campaigns to 50 or fewer people got 5.8% vs 2.1% for 1,000+. Almost 3x. You need your first 20 users, not 2,000. Fifty people you can actually write to, plus three follow-ups. The rule: every follow-up adds one new thing. Day 3: one beta user's result, or a number from your own use Day 7: a new feature or fix for their problem Day 14: one free tip, no ask Never: "just bumping this" Stop at three. Hunter saw unsubscribes grow after the third. Still silent after 3? Change the list, not the wording. How many follow-ups did your last outreach get? Save this for your next batch.
