@the0tricality: growing up in California, sometimes my only exposure to Broadway was watching The @Rosie ODonnell Show. so getting to sit this close to her narrator spot at The Rocky Horror Show for the Sunday matinee was pretty fucking special. it was one of her last couple of performances filling in for Rachel Dratch, and i got to make eye contact with her and give her heart hands while the whole audience showered her with the love and appreciation she deserves. such a full circle moment for me. i also love the Scissor Sisters so much, so getting to see Jake Shears as Frank-N-Furter was a fantastic treat. he made the role completely his own, and i loved his take on it. tbh the new cast is just as incredible as the original revival cast. not a weak one in the bunch in my opinion and all standouts. i had the BEST time, and ultimately getting to see Rosie that close was the cherry on top. what a queen. what a legend. so worth the extra time rushing the show. #rockyhorror #rockyhorrorshow #rosieodonnell #broadway #theatretok
