Fleur de Lis for France, a Chinese fortune knot for China, a red scarf(ig?) for Russia, the eagle feather for the US, and that blue bow w an emblem(which can be found on the robe that Queen Elizabeth Il wore at one point) for the UK. WHO: I tried incorporating more medical references in her design as well as a LOT of pockets so that she can store the things people need when she treats them. the outfit is based off of mainly the UNESCO & WHO

Ofc the coat isnt convenient since it's longer than she is, its purpose is to act as a temporary blanket(or even a bed) for anyone. The snake on her cane is alive, l js didn't want to draw it on her neck in the animation bc lalready extended the date to be posted way to far.
