I got hired into a weird role where I only had three people above me in terms of hierarchy (That being the CEO, COO, and the Lending director) and everyone was terrified to talk to me to the point id talk to people and flat out tell them to just be chill around me. Like I wasnt a manager, wasnt in charge of anyone, didint have authority over people, i just ran my own mini department. Like yall I'm 25 and I prefer not bossing people around for the love of God TALK TO ME.
