Ive started to use a fib with this also and it seems to help with expectation as well. Im not sure if Tom would agree but i measure the candle from H to L and then account for S and D zones and any FVG iFVG areas untouched to see where it could retrace to before it moves. Some of these 4hour moves can go for a while as well. I found one that continued for 13 trading days in a row 😵

Chilling at Home :

Tom, last night I saw that the 4-Hour candle had swept the previous candle and closed higher, but the two candles leading up to it had closed lower. so it was a red candle red candle that was lower than the first candle and then the next 4 hour candle was green that swept lower and went way higher. because of those first two 4-Hour candles, should I have waited for price to sweep higher and then closed lower on that last 4-Hour candle? or was it okay to get into the trade when that candle swept those red candles and became green and then closed above those red candles? does that make sense? it wasn't two red candles and then a third red candle that swept above and went below. it was two red candles all in the 4-hour time frame and then a green candle that swept below and then closed above those candles. I'm just asking for context
