My mil does kitchen scissors for pizza. Didn't know what kitchen scissors were till I got married and my husband started cutting food with scissors.

No bestie, bananas come with built in cutting board, just peel half the banana e and cut the banana against the other half. Scissors are harder to wash and you have to wash 2 blades, knife is just 1 blade

my ocd just screamed. Now, banana residue will end up in the peanut butter jar and cause mold to grow. I see your point, but using a butter knife, first in the jar, then to slice the banana in mid-air, achieves the same result while being more hygienic. 🙃

you can cut it with a butter knife on the plate or your fingers. the cutting board is for sharp knives which you don't need for a banana. then you can use it for the peanut butter. just as an alternative because that was hard to watch
