@riskycreation6: La Pleasure Beach Resort has clarified that their land is not part of the Labadi Beach Hotel acquisition or Trade Fair land. In a press statement, the management said the land was acquired by Dr. Kwame Nkrumah from the La people specifically for the Trade Fair and development including utilization of the Africa Lake. They added that the land boundary ends across the road and does not extend to the shore, as the area was traditionally used for fishing by their forefathers. La Pleasure Beach Resort emphasized that the land is not for sale and does not belong to Labadi Beach Hotel or La Palm Royal Beach Hotel. #riskycreation
